Intense Pulsed Light Age Spot Removal

Skin damage caused by excessive sun exposure can now be reversed, thanks to IPL™ (Intense Pulsed Light) technology. This gentle procedure improves the appearance of photo-aged skin, removes age spots, most brown pigments, and the redness caused by broken capillaries near the skin surface.

Mixto® Laser Fractional Skin Resurfacing

Photodynamic Therapy for Actinic Keratoses

Actinic keratoses (AKs) – small and noticeable red, brown or skin-colored patches that develop in sun-exposed skin – typically occur on the head, neck, and hands. Early treatment of AKs is recommended to stop their possible progression to squamous cell carcinoma, a type of skin cancer.

The most exciting current treatment of AKs is called Photodynamic Therapy, or PDT. Much like our acne control therapy, we use a special blue light, plus a photosensitizing agent – the Levulan® Kerastick® – o treat AKs. A typical side effects is the sensation of a mild sunburn, which clears up in a week or so.

Unlike other treatment options for AKs, PDT is safe, painless, and non-invasive. In one to three sessions of 10 to 15 minutes each, most patients see their AKs disappear – never to return!

Botox® Cosmetic for Facial Wrinkles
Want to eliminate frown lines and crow's feet without surgery or scars? Botox® Cosmetic is the easy, safe and effective way to get rid of these kind of wrinkles. 

The treatment needs no anesthetic, takes only a few minutes, and its effects usually last from three to five months. Your facial muscles relax and retrain themselves in response to the medication, so less Botox® Cosmetic is needed for subsequent treatments.

Some patients also experience a nice side effect – relief from tension headaches caused by “frownie” muscle contractions.

Sculptra® Facial Contouring

Tired of seeing sunken cheeks, indentations and hollow-appearing eyes? Sculptra® is a safe, biocompatible material that is injected just below the surface of the skin, using a very fine needle, to plump up sunken facial tissue. It provides a gradual and significant increase in skin thickness as it works, improving the appearance of folds and sunken areas. Most patients find the procedure quite comfortable.

Sculptra® is FDA-approved for correcting the medical condition of facial fat loss (lipoatrophy) in people with human immunodeficiency virus, as well as for cosmetic purposes. Treatment results differ for each person, but the effects typically last up to two years after the first session.

Juvederm Ultra® and Juvederm Ultra Plus® for Facial Wrinkles, Deep Grooves & Thinning Lips
Add volume to thinning lips.... or lift up wrinkles and folds... It’s easy, with Juvederm Ultra® and Juvederm Ultra Plus® gel.

Juvederm Ultra® and Juvederm Ultra Plus® consist of hyaluronic acid, a natural substance already present in the body. Treatment is quick and easy, usually lasting about 30 minutes. A tiny amount of Juvederm Ultra® or Juvederm Ultra Plus® gel is injected into the skin using a very fine needle. With wrinkles, the gel volume lifts and smooths out the wrinkled skin and adds volume and shape to lips and facial contours.

Immediately afterwards, you can expect slight redness, swelling, tenderness or an itching sensation in the treated area. This is a normal result of the injection, and generally disappears in a few days.
